What You'll Do

  • Provide home care therapy under the supervision of an OT
  • Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
  • Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
  • Be the best part of someone’s day!

Visit Expectations

  • Full-time assistants typically complete 28 or more visits per week, with most completing around 30
  • Part-Time assistants, at least 10 visits a week but we can send you as many as you want =)

Compensation and Benefits

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $44 to $53 per visit.

*compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Additional offerings may include dental, vision, life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

What You'll Need

  • Active COTA license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
