Payroll Administrator
The Role
As the Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of payroll processing and timecard administration. You will report directly to the Payroll Manager. This is a hybrid role and will require flexibility to work in office at our Corporate Headquarters in Yardley, PA a few days a week as well as remote.
Role Responsibilities
- Compile and process employee time from timekeeping system for multiple businesses.
- Timely processing of multiple payrolls.
- First point-of-contact for employees for timekeeping and payroll matters.
- Communicate effectively with employees to answer payroll queries.
- Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
- Understand and follow payroll procedures and payroll related action items.
- Ensuring live pay checks are distributed to on-site employees and/or are sent timely via US Postal Service for employees not on-site.
- Comply with local, state, and federal regulations and relevant legislation.
- Complete employment verification requests and unemployment paperwork.
- Monitor Payroll e-mail box and action items as required.
- Preparation of regular internal reporting and ad hoc reports upon request.
- Proper escalation of payroll related queries to Payroll Manager and/or Payroll Director as needed.
- Responsible for other duties as required.
- Maintain confidentiality with all employee information.

- Multiple task and detail oriented.
- Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel.

Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 USD
