The Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of two high-priority strategic initiatives within the Inizio Business Development and Advisory Strategy Teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development Operations and the VP of Advisory Strategy, this role is pivotal in driving the execution and management of the Data Platform Project and the HubSpot CRM Project.  This is a fixed term contract for a minimum of 12 months.  Located out of our Dublin office, this is a hybrid working role.

  • Data Platform Project: Tasked with the development of a suite of AI powered, data-focused products that help drive efficiencies and unlock new offerings across our Advisory portfolio businesses.
  • Hubspot CRM Project (Business Change Workstream): Tasked with developing a unified CRM system with standardized sales processes and data across all Inizio Business Units, this initiative is fundamental to delivering Inizio’s Commercial Strategy and driving growth.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, resources and budget to deliver project successfully
  • Manage project governance - prepare and present regular updates on status & progress to Leadership
  • Execute robust and tailored project management processes to coordinate integrated and on-time delivery in line with target KPIs/ target benefit
  • Support the business to drive change adoption within the ecosystem
  • Develop collaborative relationships with business, functional and 3rd party stakeholders to facilitate problem-solving, proactive planning, smooth communication and issue resolution

Data Platform Project

  • Plan, govern and manage the delivery of a suite of innovative tools under our Navigator Data Platform project
  • Work with Data Platform team to oversee and guide the day-to-day operations

HubSpot CRM Project

  • Plan, govern, and oversee the delivery of Business Change Workstream objectives, collaborating closely with Business Analysts and the Change Lead to drive the successful execution of the As-Is, To-Be, and implementation project phases.

What you bring to the role

  • Consulting PM / Change experience (3+ years) or similar advisory role in industry (6+ years)
  • Data driven and oriented, with ability to focus on key elements that drive difference
  • A track record of navigating change by bringing structure and process, robust problem-solving capability and planning skills
  • A natural interest for process improvement, agile methods and business case development
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to think critically, influence, encourage, collaborate, motivate and coach
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • CRM/ HubSpot experience (desirable, but not essential)
