Contract Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client SOW Management: Ensure timely signing of client Statements of Work (SOWs).
2. System Updates: Load all client SOWs into the HighQ system.
3. Data Entry: Identify and enter key metadata points from SOWs into HighQ.
4. Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks on SOWs before system entry.
5. Additional Tasks: Handle any other tasks as requested by the manager.

Suitable candidate 

• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills.
• Communication: Good communication skills.
• Adaptability: Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s level degree.
• Industry Experience: Some background in working with Life Sciences or Pharma is preferable.
