About the role
As Group Legal Counsel (Corporate) you will support the management of day-to-day legal risks at Inizio. You will report to the Company Secretary (who is based out of London), working alongside another Group Legal Counsel (Corporate) and the Assistant Company Secretary. More specifically, you will be:
- Providing support in regard to the administration of the group's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
- Providing legal support, working alongside the business leads and tax department, with regard to the implementation of internal corporate reorganizations.
- Supporting the Company Secretary in the drafting of papers for Main Board and Committee meetings, including inputting into aspects of Inizio's annual report.
- Providing ad hoc legal and company secretarial advice and support for any legal entity changes.
- Advising, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation relating to, and project management of, day-to-day legal risks, supporting on all relevant legal activities, liaising with internal and external specialists, including outside counsel and other professional advisors where necessary.
- Working with Inizio's subsidiaries across the globe to ensure full alignment with business needs and policies.
About you
- Qualified lawyer - with at least 3 years' post qualification experience, ideally including in-house corporate and/or company secretarial experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Effective communicator with internal teams, external counsel, and global subsidiaries.
- Project & Relationship Management – Capable of managing legal projects and maintaining productive partnerships.
- Adaptability & Collaboration – Comfortable working across diverse legal areas and contributing to team cohesion, in a hybrid in office / remote manner.
