Finance Admin Assistant (12month FTC)

As an Admin Assistant you'll be a part of a team responsible for the accurate set up, maintenance and optimisation of our vendor and client master data in Oracle ensuring it is accurate, reliable and secure. You'll ensure that global standards are met when new entities are onboarded to Oracle and that data quality is fit for purpose.

Reporting to the Data Team Lead in Manchester, the role a hybrid position. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

 

Role Responsibilities

As Admin Assistant you will maintain accurate data and ensuring the timeliness of master data updates. You will ensure that vendor and client information is set up correctly in Oracle. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the vendor and customer master data sets.
  • Work with other departments to promote and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop data validation and exception reports to maximise data accuracy.
  • Ensure datasets are consistent across the wider organisation.
