About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Fusion Analyst to join our Oracle delivery team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation and delivery of Oracle solutions, ensuring successful configuration, integration, testing, and deployment in alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
You will work closely with Enterprise Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate solution designs into working systems that deliver measurable value.
This is a hybrid working role from our office located in central Manchester.
Here's what you'll be doing
Solution Implementation
- Configure and implement Oracle applications (e.g., Oracle Fusion ERP, PaaS, OCI & EPM).
- Develop and deploy technical components including integrations, data migrations, extensions, and reports.
- Ensure solutions are delivered according to architectural standards and best practices.
Delivery & Execution
- Translate functional and architectural designs into technical specifications.
- Manage technical build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during delivery and post-go-live support.
- Support cutover planning and execution for go-live readiness.
Collaboration
- Partner with Enterprise Solution Architects to validate solution feasibility.
- Work with business analysts and functional consultants to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment and environment management.
Governance & Documentation
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all delivered solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory standards.
- Adhere to project governance, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and change management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience in Oracle applications (Fusion Cloud, EBS, OIC, BI Publisher, PL/SQL).
- Strong understanding of system integrations, middleware, and APIs.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms preferred.
Delivery Skills
- Proven experience delivering complex Oracle projects from build to deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing tools.
Collaboration & Communication
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Under guidance of Senior architect, energise Enterprise and Business colleagues with the art of the possible for modern best practice with Intelligent Automation / AI of key Finance business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle Integration Specialist).
- Experience in multi-pillar Oracle cloud implementations.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Oracle OUM).
- Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance in Oracle environments.
