
Recruitment Operations Manager
We need a detail-oriented and tech/systems centric Recruitment Operations Manager with analytical skills to own the configuration, optimization, and reporting of our Greenhouse ATS (and Workday, as applicable).The role bridges recruiting technology, process optimization, and data analytics, ensuring our systems are efficient, integrated, and deliver meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration (Greenhouse + Workday)
- Serve as the primary system administrator for Greenhouse, managing configuration, permissions, workflows, templates, and integrations.
- Ensure data integrity across Greenhouse and downstream systems (Workday).
- Manage user access, training, and support for recruiters.
- Partner with HRIS and IT to maintain system integrations (Workday, LinkedIn, background checks, onboarding tools).
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations, including testing and documentation.
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with Greenhouse support as needed.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain TA dashboards and reports to track KPIs
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems and reporting platforms.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to collate consistent data and identify process improvements and efficiencies
Process Optimization & Enablement
- Document and communicate standard operating procedures and unified data management and recruitment systems.
- Drive recruiter enablement and adoption of Greenhouse features and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with HR Operations on the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, ensuring smooth data flow from recruiting through onboarding.
- Support compliance with data privacy, EEO, and global recruiting regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Greenhouse ATS Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring workflows, permissions, and integrations.
- HR Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms and data integrity best practices.
- Data & Analytics: Ability to build dashboards, generate reports, and interpret recruitment metrics.
- Process Optimization: Skilled in documenting processes and driving recruiter adoption of technology.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong communication skills to partner effectively with HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams.
Preferred:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter integrations, background check vendors, and onboarding tools.
- Proficiency in Excel or BI tools for advanced reporting.
