Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials that support campaigns, events, and business initiatives across Inizio.
  • Create a wide range of assets including (but not limited to) social media graphics, event and exhibition materials, posters, flyers, postcards, web graphics, internal communications, and reports.
  • Format, maintain and design PowerPoint presentations and Word documents using established brand templates.
  • Apply a strong understanding of the Inizio brand to ensure all design work is consistent, on-brand, and delivered to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand team members across the global business to deliver design projects effectively.
  • Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Experience

  • Approximately 4–5 years of experience in a graphic design role.


Skills & Expertise

  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate clearly and effectively with a global team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a global team environment.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities, asking questions and clarifying briefs to ensure work is delivered accurately
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus, but not required.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Design, or a related creative discipline.
