We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform & AI Developer to join our digital transformation team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions across the full Microsoft Power Platform suite — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the platform, hands-on AI integration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams in an Agile delivery environment.

 

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions across Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Enforce Power Platform governance standards including CoE policies, DLP, and environment strategy.
  • Manage ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub for solution deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developers.
  • Document solution designs, data flows, and technical specifications to enterprise standards.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development across multiple components.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), and Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in Dataverse, Power Fx, DAX, and custom connectors.
  • Experience building Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and integrating AI Builder models.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
