
Executive Assistant
You will support our Chief People Officer, being a trusted partner to allow them to operate at pace and with maximum impact. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CPO operates at the heart of the organisation, and you will provide critical support in navigating that environment.
You will sit at the centre of the People function, where you will also provide administrative and coordination support to the broader HR leadership team. You will work with other Executive Assistants and senior partners across the business to ensure understanding, seamless coordination, and communication at the executive level.
You'll ensure the smooth running of daily activities, while also contributing to the organisation and delivery of important People initiatives. This includes managing complex scheduling, preparing high-quality presentations and materials, coordinating leadership meetings, and supporting the planning and delivery of internal events.
This is a hybrid-working role reporting to the Chief People Officer.
Responsibilities
- Manage priorities and time, providing proactive, daily support to the Chief People Officer.
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, including meetings, travel, and important People and Executive Leadership forums
- Coordinate with Executive Assistants in the wider Executive Leadership Team to ensure agreement of priorities, meetings, and communications
- Support the wider HR leadership team where required with administrative coordination, diary management, and meeting logistics
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive and board-level discussions
- Coordinate board and management packs, ensuring accuracy and proactive delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events, offsite events, and leadership sessions
- Be the central point of coordination across HR, tracking progress, managing deadlines, and following up on actions
- Monitor project status and produce clear reporting for leadership visibility
- Collaborate with other teams and external partners to support operational processes, including vendor management and payments
- Be the contact for senior team members, both internally and externally.
- Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or delays and work with team members to resolve them
About you
- Track record as a successful Executive Assistant in a global organization
- A motivated team player who can rise to any challenge
- Practice strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercises discretion when working with the business – familiarity with confidential HR matters is a bonus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
