We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with 5 years of experience designing and developing high-performance digital experiences across web, email, and IVAs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, user interface development, responsive design, and understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and AI-driven user experiences.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can transform creative concepts into pixel-perfect digital assets, including websites, landing pages, emails, banners and IVAs, while ensuring optimal performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications, websites, and landing pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js.
  • Translate design mockups into interactive user interfaces that align with brand and user experience requirements.
  • Build reusable and scalable frontend components to support efficient development and consistency across projects.
  • Implement mobile-first responsive designs and ensure seamless functionality across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
  • Create and maintain responsive HTML email templates that render consistently across major email clients and devices.
  • Optimize websites, emails, and digital assets for performance, accessibility, SEO, and user engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and web development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues while continuously improving application performance and user experience.
  • Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code to ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and performance best practices.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, task estimation, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain source code using Git and follow established version control and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend Technologies

  • HTML5

  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude Code, Codex etc.

Nice to have Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Wordpress, AEM) for content management and custom styling.

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.
