  • Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities, including cut-off reviews and period-end adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate revenue accounting records, contract schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with preparation of revenue performance reporting schedules and supporting information.
  • Investigate routine revenue accounting and reporting issues and escalate complex matters where appropriate.
  • Prepare revenue variance analysis across assigned entities, investigating and documenting movements in recognised, accrued and deferred revenue positions and escalating material variances to the Revenue Performance Lead.
  • Support the Revenue Performance Lead in the delivery of revenue performance reporting, analysis and OTC reporting activities, including ad hoc requests and period-end priorities.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Partner with GFS teams, Tax and Treasury, Internal Audit and Divisional Finance teams to resolve revenue performance issues.
  • Support audit activities by providing documentation and responding to information requests.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and governance requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality and revenue performance reporting processes.

What you'll bring

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional qualification) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred.
  • 3–5 years' experience in revenue accounting or financial accounting within a global Shared Services Centre (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment is essential.
  • Experience supporting revenue recognition, reconciliations, journal processing, revenue reporting support and month-end close.

  • Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or similar accounting platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables and reconciliations.
  • Understanding of financial controls, compliance and reporting requirements.

Problem Solving & Innovation

  • Investigate reconciliation differences, revenue recognition issues and data quality exceptions.
  • Resolve routine accounting issues independently while escalating complex matters appropriately.
  • Support improvements to accounting processes and reporting controls.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Build effective relationships with Finance, Commercial and OTC stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly regarding revenue performance queries and reporting requirements.
  • Work collaboratively across the shared services organisation.

Performance, Impact & Ways of Working

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accounting accuracy.
