Job Summary:

The Operations Associate position at Inkhouse requires an individual who wants to be our partner in continuing to make Inkhouse an amazing place to work. The ideal candidate will have a service-oriented mindset, be scrappy and willing to jump in on what needs to be done. They are solutions-oriented and resourceful and love people. 

The ideal candidate should have strong media and influencer relationships, with a background in B2B and consumer technology public relations and experience leading integrated programs (including social (paid, organic) and digital marketing).

Job Responsibilities

  • Support agency-wide initiatives such as book launches, culture programs, events etc. 
  • Manage employee onboarding for our Boston and NYC offices.
  • Oversee Boston office operations, including coordination with Boston office landlord and IT support. 
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive office logistics overview for new employees and visitors
  • Provide executive support to 2-3 Boston-based executives (scheduling, review aggregation, expense tracking, etc.)
  • Scheduling and coordination of regional and East coast office meetings
  • Assist with office events including offsites, holiday parties, and team-building events.
  • Track vacation calendars, performance reviews, and team changes in partnership with HR
  • Support resource management and budget tracking as needed
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of office logistics for new employees and visitors
  • Assist with office moves, decorating, and other administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, operations or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-focused and highly organized.

Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience

Location: This role is based in our Boston office and requires in-office presence 4 days a week.
