About the role

InMarket is currently seeking a Measurement Account Manager to join our Account Management team. You will be responsible for managing strategic relationships and for providing the InMarket business with the necessary support for offline measurement implementation and research analysis. You will utilize your knowledge of mobile, digital, TV, OOH, and other media advertising to ensure the success of the partnership and associated campaigns while providing our clients with world-class customer service. In addition you will be responsible for supporting the day to day logistical efforts associated with managing key agency/publisher relationships and  the deployment of measurement solutions across their associated publisher network.  You will partner with Sales, Account Management and our Measurement Product team to create and deploy a comprehensive measurement platform in support of designated partners.  You will act as the primary liaison between our partners and all internal teams to ensure full support of all ongoing campaigns and post campaign measurement reports to include pixel deployment, dashboard training and post campaign measurement report reviews. 

 

Your daily impact as a Measurement Account Manager

  • Responsible for day to day partner management of key agency/brand/publisher relationships associated with InMarket’s  measurement offering
  • Lead InMarket’s efforts in scoping, deploying and evolving our measurement offering within key partners
  • Meet and exceed revenue expectations associated with owned opportunities
  • Coordinate ongoing communications between agency/brand/publisher partners and internal teams to ensure clear lines of communications
  • Own daily communications associated with owned partners ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all measurement pixels are implemented on time, correctly, and that technical/logistical questions are answered quickly and to the satisfaction of partners
  • Provide weekly status updates to sales and executive leadership on partnership progress, gaps and opportunities.
  • Align with sales architecture lead sales engineers to develop and package up measurement insights reports and present to our clients
  • Provide ongoing input to the product and business leads on ways to evolve our offering to better meet the needs of owned partners
  • Align with the InMarket finance team to reconcile client/agency billing associated with owned partners

 

Your experience and expertise

  • 3-5 years digital media, mobile, or tv experience in measurement/analytics, partner management, account management, or strategy/planning within an agency, publisher or ad tech company
  • Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to review campaign reporting and make strategic optimizations recommendations in order to achieve campaign goals.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and creating solutions
  • Outstanding people skills. Strong in-person, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others
  • Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent self-management skills

 

Nice to haves

  • Have worked with Location Data or Foot Traffic Attribution/Analytics
  • Proficient in DCM and other ad-server/ad-reporting software
  • Understanding of media industry and different ways to collect/receive exposure data tied to media campaigns
  • Analytics and Research background
  • Have experience working with multiple channel partners
  • Ad Trafficking or AdOps experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont and Massachusetts the targeted base salary range for this role is $80,000 -$87,000.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Base salary is just one component of InMarket’s total rewards package that also may include bonus, equity, and benefits.  Ask your recruiter for more information!
