About the Team & Role
Global Business Operations plays a pivotal role in executing and delivering effective campaigns across channels in the global market. The team is the central hub for all campaign-related tasks across every line of business with an unwavering focus on quality, accuracy and stakeholder alignment. From curating client reports and tracking live performance to deriving actionable insights from raw data and resolving platform delivery issues proactively, the team operates as a customer-focused, insight-driven engine that connects operational execution with the company's strategic vision.
As a GBO Senior Analyst, you will be the operational backbone of campaign delivery, managing end-to-end execution across multiple platforms including DSPs, Glance Lockscreen and Glance TV, while building robust reports and interactive dashboards that drive smarter decisions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, regional teams and clients to ensure flawless campaign performance at every stage.

Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end campaign operations across multiple platforms, including campaign setup, modifications, tracker testing, and screenshot documentation.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Glance Lockscreen and Glance TV platforms, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to client specifications.
- Generate and deliver campaign performance reports for clients with key insights at launch, and during pre- and post-campaign phases.
- Extract and consolidate performance data from Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch, alongside internal databases, to build comprehensive and unified performance views.
- Develop data stories that translate complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives for business teams.
- Leverage data to identify trends, predict behaviors, and uncover growth opportunities, driving decisions aligned with strategic business goals.
- Utilize third-party tools to generate internal performance and delivery reports.
- Take ownership of incoming requests from the team queue, ensuring timely completion within defined SLAs and TATs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including Sales, Account Management, Product, Finance, and Engineering to resolve queries and ensure consistent and efficient campaign delivery.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving leadership teams; enhance problem-solving through exposure to multi-disciplinary projects.
- Support documentation of internal procedures, policies, and tutorials related to campaign setup, delivery, and reporting.
- Stay updated with process changes and product updates, ensuring quick adaptation and seamless integration into daily workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned regional accounts, managing stakeholder expectations and campaign delivery tracking.
- Assist team lead in providing onboarding and training support for new team members, acting as a resource for knowledge transfer and guidance.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputable institute with a minimum of 3-4 years’ work experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or a related Analytics role.
- Good understanding of the online advertising industry and ecosystem, prior exposure to programmatic, mobile advertising, or digital media is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from large datasets, including descriptive and diagnostic analysis (must have)
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL for querying internal databases.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in visualization tools like Power BI, Rill, Tableau or equivalent.
- Experience with MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch for data extraction and attribution reporting.
- Data storytelling ability, translating numbers into meaningful business narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Quick learner with high accuracy and the ability to manage high work volumes effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
- Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements and adaptable to extended timelines as project demands.
- Results-driven with a passion for performance and a desire to stay current on industry trends and technologies.
