Overview of the Role:

InMobi is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our end-to-end B2B marketing strategy across the US and EMEA markets. In this high-impact role, you will own the full marketing engine — spanning brand, content, events, social, paid programs, partnerships, and sales enablement — driving awareness, market excitement, and high-quality demand generation that directly fuels pipeline growth and incremental revenue.

Reporting to and partnering closely with the VP, Global Enterprise Marketing, you will translate InMobi's high-level brand vision into a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy that solidifies our leadership position at the intersection of technology, commerce, and digital advertising. Whether shaping the narrative around our programmatic advertising capabilities or our rapidly emerging agentic commerce category, this role sits at the forefront of how InMobi and Glance show up in the market, and the impact will be felt across the organization from day one.

The Impact You'll Make:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the holistic B2B marketing strategy for InMobi Group across global priority markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional priorities across US and EMEA.
  • Translate the enterprise brand narrative into bold, actionable, integrated marketing programs that drive upper funnel awareness and lower funnel results.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Regional GTM, Comms, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Brand & Messaging

  • Lead enterprise brand strategy, positioning, differentiation, and storytelling for InMobi Group's suite of offerings — building narratives that reinforce our leadership across both the programmatic advertising ecosystem and the emerging agentic commerce category.
  • Ensure a consistent, compelling, and differentiated brand presence across all channels and markets globally.

Integrated Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Architect and execute multi-channel B2B campaign strategies across paid, organic, content-led, social, and partner-led channels to generate high-quality MQLs and accelerate pipeline.
  • Optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix to maximize demand creation and continuously improve funnel efficiency across the US and EMEA.

Content Marketing

  • Oversee the creation of thought leadership, customer stories, solution content, industry POVs, product updates, whitepapers, newsletters, and narrative assets that educate, inspire, and convert.
  • Build a scalable content engine that supports both brand storytelling and sales enablement across the full buyer journey.

Events & Experiences

  • Own and evolve the global events strategy, including marquee industry conferences, bespoke customer and CXO programs, webinars, and branded experiences that deepen relationships and elevate brand perception.
  • Ensure all event creative and content support pipeline goals and reinforce InMobi Group's market leadership.

Social, Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Lead InMobi Group's enterprise social strategy to grow reach, influence, and engagement across key channels, including LinkedIn and beyond.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage industry partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, and sponsorships that meaningfully amplify visibility and influence.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop compelling sales narratives, pitch materials, case studies, and proof points that equip GTM teams to close deals and accelerate pipeline conversion.
  • Partner closely with global and regional sales teams to strengthen MQL-to-SQL and SQL-to-opportunity conversion, ensuring marketing efforts translate directly into measurable business outcomes.

The Experience We Need:

  • 10–15 years of B2B or enterprise marketing experience, ideally within high-growth tech, platform, or AI-driven businesses, with a demonstrated track record of driving measurable impact at scale.
  • Proven experience owning multi-channel enterprise marketing strategies across brand, content, demand generation, social, and events.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, brand storytelling, and integrated marketing — with demonstrated success driving MQL growth and delivering measurable pipeline impact.
  • Deep familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem — including DSPs, SSPs, measurement, data, identity, and the evolving privacy landscape — is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in AI-driven, commerce, or platform-led businesses is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate cross-functionally, building trusted relationships with senior leadership, GTM teams, and regional stakeholders across time zones; experience working with global teams across the US, EMEA, and APAC is a plus.
  • Exceptional storytelling and narrative development capabilities — you know how to distill complex, technical ideas into clear, compelling, and inspiring messages that resonate with enterprise audiences.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong familiarity with analytics, attribution, and marketing performance tools — you use insights to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute — you're equally comfortable setting vision and getting things done.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
