Position : Software Tech lead

 

Responsibilities 

Design & develop firmware/software primarily in C on embedded targets

Document design specifications and implementation details

Work closely with the Project Management team on release planning.

Experience with the latest on wireless specifications like WiFi, Bluetooth and Matter

Actively conduct design & code reviews

Actively contribute to the internal developer community by sharing the acquired knowledge & experience

Experience with various MCUs and peripheral knowledge is a plus.

IoT Domain knowledge is a plus.

Lead & drive projects independently while taking end-to-end ownership

Collaborate with local and global teams

Actively contribute to project planning, coordination & execution for on time deliveries

Mentor junior members

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science Engineering

Relevant experience of 10 to 15 years

Strong C programming skills on embedded systems

Experience of application debugging and troubleshooting on an embedded target

Experience of working with various microcontrollers e.g., ARM, RISC, etc.

Experience of using SPI, GPIO, UART, I2C and other communication protocols

Experience of using RTOS or Linux on embedded devices

Experience working with project management tools (Confluence, Jira, Git, etc.)

Strong analytical problem-solving ability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
