Apprentice-Talent Acquisition

Your Role

As an Apprentice-Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Experience team in various functions. This apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the dynamic field of HR within a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. You will contribute to the success of various HR functions and assist in creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.

A Day in the Life

  • Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. 
  • Coordinate and participate in onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Handle basic HR administrative tasks: maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in developing training materials and resources.
  • Support compliance efforts: ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or related field. Of batch 2019,2020,2021, 2022 and 2023 only.
  • Must be available for apprenticeship tenure of minimum 1 year.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
