About the Role: Manager – Demand Generation

As a Manager – Demand Generation, you will be a strategic leader within the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation. You’ll oversee a team of skilled demand generation specialists and lead the development of scalable, high-performing campaigns aligned with Innovaccer’s marketing and sales goals.

Your efforts will directly influence pipeline growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation within the US healthcare technology market. You'll collaborate across departments to optimize tools, processes, and strategies—empowering your team and the business to reach new heights.


What You’ll Do – A Day in the Life

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of demand generation specialists.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Set clear goals, track KPIs, and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.

  • Conduct regular 1:1s focused on growth, development, and impact.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies targeting the US healthcare market.

  • Lead campaigns across channels including email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling messaging and content.

  • Own and optimize the lead qualification process and handoff to sales.

Account Mapping & Market Intelligence

  • Guide account mapping to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities.

  • Use data and market research to shape campaign focus and outreach.

  • Help the team tailor their outreach to address key pain points and personas.

Sales Alignment & Revenue Impact

  • Align closely with sales teams on goals, targets, and account strategies.

  • Monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics, and report insights to leadership.

  • Provide detailed reporting on lead generation, conversion, and opportunity creation.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Experiment with new tactics, tools, and channels to improve campaign efficiency.

  • Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to optimize future efforts.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and healthcare tech.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.

  • Leverage CRM and automation tools to streamline and scale demand generation programs.

  • Act as a strategic bridge between departments for cohesive customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10 years of experience in demand/lead generation or sales development, ideally within the US healthcare tech market.

  • Proven success in managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and channels.

  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

  • Track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
