Role Overview: 
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer who is passionate about leveraging Salesforce capabilities to drive business impact. You will architect, develop, and enhance Salesforce implementations, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with best practices. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into actionable designs, and lead the technical delivery of complex initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. 

• Create scalable and robust customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and other Salesforce development tools. 

• Utilize source control, Git, and Salesforce CLI for version management, continuous integration, and delivery (CI/CD) workflows. 

• Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with overall technical strategy, leveraging proven experience in solution architecture. 

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirement gathering and design to testing and deployment, maintaining a track record of on-time and high-quality deliveries. 
• Provide reliable, efficient, and well-structured code, demonstrating a strong work ethic and consistent performance. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce development with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. 

• Leveraging AI to shorten code delivery times and improve quality 

• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, source control methodologies, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce CLI. 

• Demonstrated architectural expertise with a history of successful project implementations. 

• Relevant Salesforce certifications. 

• Excellent English communication skills—polite, professional, and effective. 
• Strong reliability, dependability, and a solid work ethic.
