We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finance roles within fast-paced, high-growth environments, and experience working within international, cross-functional teams. In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes, contributing to the continued success of the organization.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Assist in the development and analysis of budget vs. actuals reports for expense accounts and perform comprehensive revenue and expense variance analysis (actuals vs budget, actuals vs forecast, and period over period), providing clear communication to budget holders and stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of month-end financial reports, including assistance with the creation of board deck presentations and related analysis as needed.
• Compile monthly KPI data and reports issued to the Company's executive leadership and stakeholders
• Work with the accounting team to improve the accuracy and completeness of financial information
• Develop and manage the monthly expense reporting process, ensuring accuracy and consistency in tracking and reporting financial data.
• Analyze the company's current financial status, identifying key trends and assessing the potential impact of these trends on future forecasts.

What You'll Bring to Us:

• +2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) roles
• Experience working within international companies/teams
• Proven background  in budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis, including P&L and EBITDA - experience managing expenses is a plus
• Advanced/ Billingual English skills (Verbal and written)
• Excel expertise, with the ability to analyze data and generate detailed financial reports
• Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial management systems - is a plus
