ABOUT THE ROLE
As we continue our rapid expansion in the Asia-Pacific region, we are looking for a Country Manager to lead and grow our operations in Singapore, a key strategic market in our global roadmap.
The Country Manager – Singapore will be responsible for driving Innovid’s growth in-market by developing strategic partnerships, leading client engagement, and expanding brand presence. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, particularly across CTV, video, and data-driven media.
Reporting to the General Manager, APAC, the Singapore Country Manager will form a critical member of the regional leadership team. With dotted lines to Vice Presidents of each regional department, the Country Manager will work with Sales, Client Success, Operations and Solutions teams to ensure as a business we're addressing in market needs, nuances and opportunities.
Singapore forms a critical hub for APAC and has the second largest team in region, second to Sydney, Australia. With team members part of regional departments, the Singapore Country Manager will act as a cultural leader unifying cross department team members in Singapore, advocating for strategic alignment, employee development, operational excellence - plus enjoyment and fun!
Key Responsibilities
- Market Leadership: Work with regional and global leadership to execute Innovid’s go-to-market strategy in Singapore, with a focus on CTV and omnichannel growth.
- Revenue Growth: Contribute to new business development with brands, agencies, and media partners, through establishing executive and leadership endorsement for Sales to capitalise on; Collaborating with Client Success to manage and grow existing platinum accounts.
- Leadership Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to industry and brand leaders, helping them navigate the evolving media landscape with Innovid’s solutions.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate strong relationships with leaders at holding companies, independent agencies, publishers, and technology partners; ensuring Innovid's solutions and positioning are well known and understood.
- Team Leadership: Build and oversee a growing local team, collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders to prioritise employee satisfaction, inclusion and success.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring compliance, profitability, and scalability in the market.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local trends and competitive activity to inform leadership, strategy and product alignment.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, or AdTech, with a strong background in brand driven marketing solutions.
- Proven track record of managing commercial strategy and driving growth in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of the Singaporean advertising ecosystem; regional SEA experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership level relationships with key agency groups, media platforms, and major brand marketers in Singapore and South East Asia.
- Experience in SaaS/tech platform commercialisation, evaluation and onboarding is preferred.

- Detailed oriented - You have a sharp eye for details and consistency. You're able to capture all details and translate them into an easily digestible format.
- Project management - You're able to meet and keep track of tight SLA's with lots of moving parts for all the various external and internal parties involved. You're able to effectively pull together resources, set and manage expectations and possess a calm demeanour while having fun along the way.
- Strategic Mindset - You're well versed on the technical/product side and are able to take this knowledge and effectively translate it into an integrated digital strategy. You're able to lead strategic conversations and provide helpful insights to arm marketing clients when presenting to their internal teams.
- Proven relationship builder - You have excellent people skills, are a natural leader, and have experience consulting and influencing clients and agency partners, up to the executive level.
