Campaign Management is a key function within the business – it requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage the full life cycle of online ad campaigns and satisfy the demands of multiple stakeholders (media agency, creative agency, publisher) often to tight deadlines.

An awareness and understanding of online ad technology, the full trafficking process and the digital media landscape is vital. You are an energetic and friendly team player who can easily prioritize and multitask in our fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills along with an aptitude for new technologies will place you in good stead for this role.

 

What You Will Do: 

  • End to end campaign management from timeline management, campaign setup, delivery of adfiles / Innovid ad tags through to troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Implement third-party tracking such as DFA or Atlas on behalf of agency partners
  • Build out comprehensive Decision Trees (delivery rules) per client strategy
  • Liaising regularly with internal teams as well as Creative Agencies, Media Buyers, Publishers and Media Owners to ensure smooth delivery of all aspects of campaign
  • Handling multiple campaigns at any one time and meeting tight deadlines, while providing support to clients on Innovid systems
  • Taking a proactive role in understanding potential problem areas and ensuring they are avoided or resolved
  • Troubleshooting creative, site tagging and tracking issues that may arise throughout the process
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow
  • Provide monthly reports to internal finance team, work with clients or sales manager to actualize billing when applicable  

 

What You Will Need: 

  • 0-1 years of experience in digital media operations; client-facing/support positions at Internet publishers, interactive creative agencies or Internet media buying agencies (bonus points for those with Rich Media Vendor side experience)
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in online trafficking and ad operations, either agency or publisher
  • A comprehensive understanding of MSOffice (especially Excel) and Internet technologies
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • An analytical mind capable of learning quickly and adaptive to change 
  • Effective time management, planning and prioritization skills
  • Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues
  • A basic understanding of the Digital Media ecosystem
  • Familiarity with web inspection tools, such as Fiddler, Charles or Ghostery
  • Experience with Ad Serving platforms would be a bonus, particularly third-party ad serving tools, such as Innovid, Flashtalking, DoubleClick, DFP, Sizmek, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability with HTML, Flash and other forms of technical code would also be a bonus

  • The base pay range for this position is $70,000-85,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
