Senior People Operations Specialist

Buenos Aires, Argentina
Innovid is the leading independent omnichannel ad tech platform, empowering marketers to create, deliver, measure, and optimize ad-supported experiences that people love. In 2025, Innovid and Flashtalking merged to create a transparent, scalable alternative to big-tech, walled-gardens, and point solutions across CTV, digital, linear, and social channels. As part of Mediaocean, Innovid is tied into the industry’s core ad infrastructure for omnichannel planning, buying, and billing.

We are proud to lead the industry with our innovation, intelligence, and independence as the company best-suited to power the future of advertising.

  • Maintain salary structures, career ladders, competencies, and variable pay programs, ensuring compensation structures are competitive, compliant, and clearly communicated
  • Conduct internal compensation and equity benchmarking analyses
  • Evaluate market trends and benchmarks to ensure the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to create competitive, market-aligned offers and internal mobility strategies.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Be a guardian of internal policies, ensuring compliance and clarity across the organization.
  • Stay current with best practices, regulatory changes, and market trends to maintain a proactive approach.

People Support:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives spanning performance management, engagement, DEI, and internal communications—infusing each with a data-informed mindset.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects with Legal, Finance, and IT (e.g., audits, new tools)
  • Collaborate with the HRBP, TA, and L&D teams to document and improve people processes

What You’ll Bring to Us:

  • +4 years in People Operations, HR Analytics, or a similar HR function
  • Strong analytical skills — experience with Excel/Google Sheets and HR dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or HRIS-native reporting)
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to or preparing content for senior leadership
  • Advanced English Skills
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be highly valued
  • Ability to work with confidential data responsibly
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from scratch
