Senior Product Manager, Social

United States
Innovid is the leading independent omnichannel ad tech platform, empowering marketers to create, deliver, measure, and optimize ad-supported experiences that people love. In 2025, Innovid and Flashtalking merged to create a transparent, scalable alternative to big-tech, walled-gardens, and point solutions across CTV, digital, linear, and social channels. As part of Mediaocean, Innovid is tied into the industry’s core ad infrastructure for omnichannel planning, buying, and billing.

We are proud to lead the industry with our innovation, intelligence, and independence as the company best-suited to power the future of advertising.
As Senior Product Manager, Social, you will own strategy and drive measurable outcomes for Innovid’s cross-publisher social advertising product suite. You will lead complex, multi-quarter initiatives covering the end-to-end management and optimization of social advertising—conceiving, architecting, and shipping market-leading capabilities that improve client efficiency and performance.
In this role, you’ll partner with senior engineering and design leaders, drive cross-functional alignment, and help shape how AI and automation are transforming social ad workflows. You bring expert-level knowledge of the social publisher ecosystem and a track record of owning products that deliver real business impact.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and drive product strategy for the social ads product area, translating vision into a prioritized multi-quarter roadmap with clear success metrics and outcome accountability.
  • Lead complex initiatives end-to-end—from discovery and scoping through delivery and post-launch—with direct accountability for business and client outcomes.
  • Own creative production and trafficking capabilities tailored for social advertisers, ensuring they evolve with the needs of major social publisher platforms.
  • Champion AI integration into social ad workflows: evaluate emerging AI capabilities, define AI-powered product features, and build a roadmap for intelligent tooling that improves advertiser efficiency and performance.
  • Assess customer feedback, market trends, and publisher ecosystem changes to identify high-impact opportunities and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Produce and maintain product specs; partner with senior UX leaders on design direction; drive build feasibility and timeline decisions with engineering; and shepherd features to successful market release.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships as a subject matter expert on social publisher ecosystems and social ad product development.
  • Contribute to the broader product team’s thinking and craft, including mentoring associate or mid-level PMs where appropriate, and evolving the use of AI in the PDLC process

What You Will Need:

  • Expert-level knowledge of the social advertising ecosystem, including publisher ad products, API structures, creative formats, and advertiser workflows across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated experience building or working on social advertising products—either developing social ad tech or working within social ad buying, creative, or measurement workflows.
  • AI fluency: working familiarity with AI/ML concepts, ability to evaluate AI-powered product opportunities, and experience translating AI capabilities into product features or workflows.
  • Deep proficiency with product management tools and processes for platform analytics, customer feedback, feature prioritization, and roadmapping.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define meaningful success criteria and act on data to drive product decisions.
  • Proven experience working with engineering teams to define, scope, and prioritize complex requirements across multi-quarter initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills. Able to frame strategic decisions clearly and build alignment across senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Confident decision-maker—able to navigate ambiguity, make and defend tough calls, and course-correct when the situation requires it.
  • Track record of driving customer-centric roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in B2B software, marketing tech, or ad tech. Examples include:
    • Senior Product Management at a B2B SaaS or ad tech company
    • Product Management or Product Marketing with a focus on social advertising
    • Senior engineering at a company with strong Product/Engineering collaboration
    • A senior role on an agency or brand social/e-commerce buying team
  • Direct experience building products for or in partnership with social publisher platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience designing or shipping AI-powered features—such as leveraging LLMs, ML-based recommendations, or automation to improve advertiser workflows.
  • Experience leading go-to-market for new products or major features, working across Product Marketing, Sales, and Client Success.
  • Experience working with advertising platform and technology APIs (social publisher APIs, DSP integrations, measurement and attribution vendors, etc.).

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
