Senior Product Manager, Identity

New York, NY
Innovid is the leading independent omnichannel ad tech platform, empowering marketers to create, deliver, measure, and optimize ad-supported experiences that people love. In 2025, Innovid and Flashtalking merged to create a transparent, scalable alternative to big-tech, walled-gardens, and point solutions across CTV, digital, linear, and social channels. As part of Mediaocean, Innovid is tied into the industry’s core ad infrastructure for omnichannel planning, buying, and billing.

We are proud to lead the industry with our innovation, intelligence, and independence as the company best-suited to power the future of advertising.
The purpose of this role is to drive the success of our Identity solutions which power our data-enriched, omni-channel ad delivery, personalization, and measurement products. You will deliver value to customers and enable Innovid’s Ad Management and Ad Measurement products to grow their revenue streams in an increasingly competitive market and a rapidly changing identity landscape. You will have responsibility for the end-to-end success of your portfolio by defining & prioritising the problems and opportunities to solve to add value to customers and our business. Successful execution and In-life management will be key to your success.
You will have a solid grasp of the principles of product management and how to implement them, experience of managing B2B products, and a strong understanding of what makes SaaS products successful.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the identity space and interoperability between 1st and 3rd party data sets, and will also have a good understanding of several of the following areas: the US TV advertising market, the Media and AdTech sectors, measurement & attribution for CTV and linear TV, the media planning and buying ecosystem.

What You Will Do:

  • Define and own the vision and requirements for your portfolio. Set the direction and deliver against it using OKRs and value-driven metrics to measure success
  • Guide strategic direction for your identity solutions in order to further expand Innovid’s competitive advantage in video measurement.
  • Engage with customers, stakeholders and partners, understand their needs and define solutions that bring value and create meaningful impact
  • Leverage existing data assets, partnerships and integrations to grow available data assets and create high value customer solutions
  • Rigorously prioritize and engage with your delivery team to ensure everyone is clear on the solutions to design and build and the trade-offs to make.
  • Communicate, engage, and influence stakeholders to ensure that there is clarity on what is being delivered, why and when

What You Will Need:

  • Demonstrable expertise in creating and managing highly successful B2B SaaS products as measured by revenue and adoption
  • Know-how to rapidly & iteratively improve products across multiple markets to create value
  • Excellent, degree level academic qualifications that strengthen your practical and business experience
  • At least 6-7 years of relevant and demonstrable Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS businesses within Ad Technology, Media and Advertising or other relevant industries
  • Great written and spoken communication skills; ability to speak to both business & technical audiences

Product Management at Innovid

Our Product Management team is focused on three areas:
  • What and why: Figuring out the problems and opportunities we need to solve, why they add value and prioritising the order in which it is built is our core responsibility. We bring vision, context and pragmatism to enable timely decisions, so we focus on posing the right questions and facilitating important trade-offs, rather than dictating detailed answers.
  • Delivering impact: We care about business impact, not about adding new features or shipping code. Finding creative ways to enhance customer value &/or reduce the cost to serve with minimal engineering builds success.
  • Collaboration and communication: We believe in a collaborative partnership where Product Management focuses on business and customer outcomes, Engineering and Design focus on how we get there, and Product Marketing focuses on go-to-market, positioning and messaging. We communicate what, why and when to the company and work closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Support to communicate the product benefits to our customers.
You will work closely with the teams mentioned above, and alongside the VP Product - InnovidXP
You should expect a great deal of autonomy, and a fast-moving and highly cross-functional environment with tasks spanning the commercial and technical spectrum.
We believe great product managers share common characteristics, and we look for these above all else:
  • Intellectual horsepower: We want our product managers to have an outstanding ability to think on their feet and tackle intellectually challenging problems.
  • A bias for action: Being leaders in our field, our competitors are constantly snapping at our heels. Finding the right balance between speed and quality, to ensure we deliver value quickly, should come naturally to you.
  • Curiosity & drive: You should relish challenges and have a natural instinct to drive things to completion. We’re looking for the ability and curiosity to learn and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Collaborative leaders: Product roles bring responsibility without direct authority. We’re looking for natural leaders who earn the trust of others with a collaborative style and great influencing & communication skills.
  • Effortlessly analytical: At Innovid we start by asking ‘why?’, and a data-driven approach is central to how we run Product.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
