We are looking for a Senior Director of Product, Creative to lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers driving the next evolution of Innovid’s unified CTV, creative, and ad serving ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will hold end-to-end accountability for our enterprise platform portfolio while building a world-class product organization. You will leverage your technical vision and leadership to align engineering, design, commercial leaders, and C-suite executives, serving as a trusted partner to top-tier brands, agencies, and streaming platforms.

What You Will Own:

  • Team & Organizational Growth: Management, and professional development of a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and customer-centric innovation.
  • Agentic AI & Workflow Automation: Strategic vision for embedded AI agents and intelligent automation that turn real-time platform signals into automated actions across the advertising lifecycle.
  • Creative Authoring & Personalization Tools: Strategic roadmap and execution oversight for automated creative assembly and dynamic personalized ad experiences at scale.
  • Data Ingestion & Signal Decisioning: Architecture strategy for high-throughput API frameworks and signal engines that ingest 3rd-party data to power real-time decisioning models.
  • Algorithmic Optimization & Simulation: Portfolio strategy for intelligent optimization engines (ML/AI) and simulation models designed to maximize campaign outcomes.
  • Ecosystem & Partner SDKs: Distribution technologies, publisher-side SDKs, and platform integrations with major OTT and CTV providers.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and operationalize the multi-year platform vision, translating business objectives into actionable team roadmaps unifying creative, ad serving, and measurement.
  • People Management & Coaching: Guide your team through the full product lifecycle, from market discovery to launch, ensuring rigorous product management practices and clear career progression.
  • Cross-Functional Executive Alignment: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Revenue executives to prioritize investments, allocate resources, and unblock cross-team dependencies.
  • Executive & Market Engagement: Deliver strategic narratives to executive leadership, enterprise clients, and key ecosystem partners (CTV OEMs, DSPs, SSPs) as an industry spokesperson.
  • Commercial & GTM Execution: Direct GTM alignment with Product Marketing and Sales to launch scalable products, foster strategic integrations, and drive platform adoption.
  • Data-Driven Operations: Establish portfolio-wide KPI frameworks, usage analytics, and ROI models to evaluate platform health and justify feature investments.

What You Will Need:

  • Experience: 8+ years in Product Management within AdTech, enterprise SaaS, or digital media, including 3+ years of direct people management experience building and leading product teams.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep mastery of the CTV/OTT ecosystem, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), programmatic ad serving, data-driven decisioning, and ad tech measurement integrations.
  • Technical Depth: Strong technical foundation (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent background preferred) with experience overseeing complex APIs, SDKs, and enterprise platform architectures.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Proven track record of hiring, retaining, and developing top-tier product talent while instilling product management best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to align senior executives, cross-functional leads, and external clients around a unified vision while driving team accountability.
  • Executive Communication: Superior storytelling and presentation skills to represent the product organization to C-suite executives, strategic partners, and industry forums.

  • The base pay range for this position is $200,000-230,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
