We hiring a salesforce technical lead at our company. We value your time as you look over the requirements and submit your application for the job.

• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including developing custom solutions and interfaces.

• Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code and appropriate design patterns.

• Provide mentorship and supervise the development team.

• Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the system continually.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.

• Keep up with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities

• Deep Passion, Perseverance & Grit coupled with a inquisitive, learning nature.
• Strong verbal, written communication, data presentation skills,
• Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Self-driven and motivated personality working with a strong conviction to make things happen.
