Innovior is seeking a talented Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. In this role, you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft Azure to build innovative solutions that drive digital transformation. Role Overview

As a Power Platform Developer, you will design and implement scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. You’ll create secure integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and other third-party systems through APIs and Azure services. This role requires ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across all solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver high-quality applications that empower data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Power Platform Solutions: Develop and implement scalable Power Apps applications, including creating secure integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and third-party platforms.
• Automate and Integrate Processes: Design and deploy APIs and Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and connect various systems for seamless data flow.
• Ensure Security & Compliance: Ensure all solutions and integrations adhere to security best practices, maintaining data integrity and compliance with relevant standards/policies.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders and other team members to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver high-quality applications and analytics solutions that meet user needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate) and API integrations within Microsoft ecosystems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure services, Power BI).
• Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) certification is highly preferred. Azure certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-300, AZ-400 and Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) are a strong plus.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and coding for Power Platform solutions. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
