Developer Programmer – Intelligent Automation & Integration

Drive automation, streamline processes, and shape the future of digital transformation at Innovior.

We’re looking for a Developer Programmer with expertise in automation, integration, and software development to design and build high-quality solutions for enterprise clients. You'll work with cutting-edge RPA (Blue Prism, UiPath), Middleware, BPM technologies, and Machine Learning to automate high-impact business processes, improve efficiency, and optimize operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify & automate high-impact business processes to drive efficiency and transformation.
• Design end-to-end automation solutions, selecting the best integration technologies (RPA, Middleware, BPM).
• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows with scalability, monitoring, and exception handling in mind.
• Enhance governance models for ongoing automation platform improvements.
• Leverage AI & Machine Learning to enhance automation capabilities.
• Mentor & upskill colleagues in Blue Prism or UiPath, guiding them through best practices.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Blue Prism or UiPath, staying up to date with the latest training.
• Strong development skills in C, C++, C#, VB.Net, Java, or Python.
• Experience designing resilient, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with .NET framework, SAP, PowerShell, and SQL scripting.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure, MKS, Mercurial).
• Knowledge of process management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MKS).
• Ability to break down complex problems and create structured, maintainable solutions.
