Role overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our recently established Salesforce practice, working alongside our Salesforce Platform Lead and Principal Account Director, to set up our practice from the ground up and get involved in setting up new ways of working.

You will:

  • Support/Lead workshops and running requirement gathering sessions to define client needs and provide proposed solutions.
  • Have direct involvement of creation and delivery of business requirements, features and functional specifications, application design, application configuration/data migration and testing.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical talents to assure all deliverables meet the client's business needs and Innovior highest standards.
  • Take part in day-to-day business as usual activities, including but not limited to defect fixes, enhancements, and data analysis.
  • Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform involving significant work in Automations, Lightning Flow, and Data migration.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the client’s requirements by running workshops with the support of an Architect or Senior Consultant, developing functional and technical specifications, building prototypes or proof of concept, supporting the development team, and then applying industry best practices and thorough knowledge of the software to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds functional requirements.
  • Adhere to & promote best practices in any Salesforce implementation and sharpen your skills through peer review and giving feedback.
  • Share knowledge with the team – learning from more senior members and providing support and mentorship to more junior members – continuous learning is an essential part of this role.
  • As part of a cross-functional delivery team you will be working in an agile development environment to deliver fit for purpose solutions from design through to implementation.

Technical requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle Salesforce engagements
  • A history of working in Professional Services/Consulting is strongly preferred
  • Experience facilitating workshops and eliciting business requirements and translating findings into User Stories and Process Maps
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to effectively build materials, present and defend viewpoint to a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrable capability as a Functional Consultant and have the technical aptitude necessary to understand data models, evaluate existing Salesforce instance and perform configuration.
  • Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications including Salesforce Lightning Flows, and other Salesforce automation
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform (Security model, limitations, etc.) to recognize best-fit solutions to solve key client challenges
  • Basic experience in wireframing, or prototyping.
  • Industry Cloud experience is a plus (Healthcare, Financial Services, Government, etc.)
  • Two or more current Salesforce certifications required such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Experience Cloud, User Experience Designer, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

  • Willingness to gain knowledge and develop skills through participation in Innovior’s Salesforce certification plan.
  • Solid business analyst and consulting skills, including engaging customers, obtaining requirements, identifying gaps, gathering information needed for application design and development.
  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Consultant within an Agile development environment
