· 3 + years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role
· Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flows
· Proficient in HTML, Javascript, Lightning Design System (SLDS) and CSS
· Competent in integrating external systems with Salesforce
· Must have project experience related to the following:
o Development (Apex, LWC, Flows)
o Omni Channel
Must have the following Salesforce certifications:
o Platform Developer I
o Service Cloud
Desirable Certifications and Project experience:
o Salesforce Certified Administrator
o Experience / Community Cloud
o Einstein Analytics or Einstein for Service
o Contact Centre clients
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative
· Willingness to gain knowledge and develop skills through participation in Innovior’s Salesforce certification plan.
· Basic business analyst and consulting skill, including engaging customers, obtaining requirements, identifying gaps, gathering information needed for application design and development.
· Extensive experience as a Software Developer within an Agile development environment
