About the Role

Inorsa is looking an AutoCAD drafter with experience in both mod builds and first time installs for major carriers to test AI-generated outputs. In this role, your experience and feedback will be foundational for improving our products and impacting deployments across the industry.

Your real-world experience will inform your feedback and contribute to current product improvement; your ability to imagine how AI and automation can streamline telecom workflows will contribute to future product development.

 

Location: Austin, TX (or remote)

 

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver end-to-end telecom drawings and support internal drafting standards (templates, CAD libraries)
  • Test AI-generated outputs and identify areas for improvement (non-drafting QA work)
  • Collect and share feedback on drawing accuracy and completeness
  • Review files in DWG, PDF, and other viewer formats

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years drafting experience with 3+ years in wireless telecom
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and certified by Autodesk or similar
  • Strong understanding of telecom workflows and drafting standards
  • Detail-oriented with clear, structured communication skills
  • U.S.-based, self-driven, and comfortable working with direction

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 3D modeling tools like Revit, SolidWorks, or Inventor
  • Familiarity with permitting workflows, GIS tools, and regulatory code compliance
  • Leadership experience in a drafting or technical QA setting
