Inside Sales Associate/Account Executive - EST/CST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Inside Sales Associate/Account Executive to join our growing team. The Inside Sales Associate/Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services throughout the lifetime of their relationship as a client of Insight Assurance. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and drive organic sales opportunities. 
  • Nurture your sales pipeline and accurately forecast close dates. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of excellent products and services. 
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge about the industry by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 
  • Meet or exceed sales targets which include monthly/quartlerly revenue quotas, partner introductions, and qualified opportunities created. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-Level executives through their sales cycle. 
  • Understand clients' business objectives and help them achieve their goals by providing expert guidance and advice.  
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress and identify areas for improvement during the sales cycle. 
  • Be able to identify needs for additional services that can be upsold by the Customer Success team after the client has been onboarded. 
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper expectations are set up front about the timely delivery of products and services to clients 
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns and issues, and develop solutions to improve their experience 
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with our products and services, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling 
  • Work hand in hand with your Business Development Representative and Manager to create an effective prospecting strategy for your region. 
  • Provide timely and accurate agreements/engagement letters to clients on their account performance and ROI 
  • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to identify and pursue new business opportunities 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2+ years of experience as an account executive or in a closing sales role. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Able to show that you portray value in a service solution to clients. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Be experienced in B2B, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market with a proven track record. 
  • Have entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy. 
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. 
  • Experience working with SaaS products and services is a plus. 
  • Experience working with a compliance automation software solution is a plus but not required. 
  • Experience with or knowledge of common compliance frameworks (i.e. SOC Examinations, ISO Certifications, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
