Role Overview
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the growth of our company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new qualified business opportunities via lead generation through current and new partner relationships
- Develop strategic pipelines to increase sales and market share through partner channels
- Promote consistent collaboration and planning between partners, sales, audit services, marketing, and business development teams
- Establish and execute sales strategies with sales management
- Report on pipeline, and progress towards company goals
- Oversee partner activities such as forecasts, marketing, and relationship development
- Collaborate with partners to identify leads and campaign for closing new businesses
- Create KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and performance accountability systems
- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas
- Self-starter - demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment
- Work within the sales and support team structure for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company vision and values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree – business-related field preferred
- 2 - 3+ years of experience in successful channel program management, experience in GRC, cyber security or SaaS software preferred but not required
- Proven track record of scaling and orchestrating a channel operation
- Strong recruiter of channel partners
- Existing network of Channel relationships strongly preferred
- Highly motivated and able to work in a dynamic company and industry
- Strong negotiator with excellent analytical skills
- Professional, with excellent oral and written communication skills; strong computer skills
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to pull projects over the finish line
- Demonstrated success in managing complex business relationships and driving successful programs
- Ability to effectively manage multiple relationships and projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate data and clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to recipients in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
- Highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally
- Ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of our service offerings, including understanding of deadlines and the sales process
- Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
- Interest and familiarity with technology, business operations, and strategy
