About the Team:

Are you passionate about project management and eager to make an impact in the world of game development? Insomniac Games is seeking a motivated Project Management Intern who is excited to learn the ins and outs of managing game development projects.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze task assignments to ensure work is achievable within set milestones.
  • Review task progress vs. remaining work to keep milestones on track.
  • Collaborate with people managers to ensure team members are fully engaged and aligned with project tracking.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in processes, tools, and collaboration, escalating issues as necessary based on urgency and complexity.
  • Update project roadmaps and communicate changes in alignment with mid and senior project managers.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field, such as game development, production, or project management.
  • Projected to graduate by Spring 2026.
  • A collaborative team player who knows when to take initiative and when to seek guidance.
  • Aligns with our Insomniac Code—respectfully working together to deliver exceptional player experiences.

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Available to work full-time during one of the following periods: May 19th - August 8th or June 16th - September 5th, 2025.
  • Must commit to the full 12-week internship duration.

 

Our intern positions offer a fixed hourly pay rate. Please note that the pay rate is exclusive to the internship period and may not reflect what pay may look like following the completion of an internship.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. 

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$33.25 - $40 USD
