The Role
We’re seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and retention within our direct-to-consumer (D2C) services. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and the marketing team to create impactful multi-channel campaigns, deliver insightful reporting, and foster customer growth through strategic experimentation. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional passionate about creating meaningful member journeys. This role can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize member lifecycle marketing journeys to drive consultations, leads, and sales across our D2C products
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to run experiments that boost member activation, engagement, and retention through multi-channel communications and effective storytelling
- Create and launch lifecycle communication strategies for new products and initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for members
- Implement testing and optimization plans to continually improve campaign results, refining strategies based on data insights
- Track and report on key metrics to link your efforts directly to pipeline and revenue impact
- Manage KPIs and campaign performance, using data to personalize member experiences and improve outcomes
- Drive growth-focused initiatives, from campaign and content development to exploring new channels and optimizing systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally within D2C
- Proven experience building and managing end-to-end customer journeys, with a strong track record in customer engagement and retention
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) and data-driven experimentation
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive strategic decisions
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a customer-centric approach to campaign design
