The Role
We are seeking a passionate individual to lead growth and operations across the business. In this role, you will implement dynamic growth strategies, cultivate new initiatives, and play a vital part in building Inspira Education's growth engine. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketplace operations, including strategic planning, performance monitoring, and team leadership. Your role is essential in driving the success and growth of our client marketplace by partnering with stakeholders and ensuring the best customer experience. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketplace strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketplace performance
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and scale growth playbooks to become a world-class expert in your areas of responsibility
- Experiment, innovate, and explore new approaches to help Inspira Education continually enhance its growth efforts
- Manage and mentor team members to achieve individual and company goals
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights
- Maintain continuity of operations during the introduction of new agreements
- Develop and create actionable KPIs and other key metrics aligned with departmental goals
- Track team performance, and enhance quality assurance protocol
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketplace management
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment including Strategy & Ops, Consulting, Marketing/Growth
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a marketplace setting
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for exploring details while executing high-level strategies
