The Role

We’re recruiting for a Freelance Creative Strategist who will own the process of crafting impactful marketing content that drives engagement and contributes to Inspira's mission to empower students. As a Creative Strategist, you’ll bring your creative expertise and strategic mindset to develop end-to-end marketing assets across digital and print media. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment and has a knack for storytelling through ads, videos, and graphics. This role can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Create Ads from Scratch: Conceptualize and develop compelling advertisements tailored to target audiences
  • Script Development: Write end-to-end scripts for marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice and goals
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and hire contract actors for video productions
  • Video Production: Edit engaging and high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications
  • Graphic Design: Create graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and presentations
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel
  • Team Alignment: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to unify content with overarching campaign strategies

Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or related fields
  • Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Proficiency in design tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging scripts and messages
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Experience sourcing and working with external talent such as contract actors or production teamsSuperior attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Able to work in a part-time capacity, ranging from 10-20 hours per week

The targeted pay range for this role is $30-$50 per hour. Actual hourly pay is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team and geographic location. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
