So what do I have to do to join? 

  • You have  at least 10  years of experience and a proven track record of delivery and growth 
  • You can still get your hands dirty with when needed to support your team 
  • You have experience working within AWS, Azure, or both; and how application, infrastructure, and governance are deployed in these environments 
  • You have a deep knowledge of software development practices, cloud and/or on-prem architecture, and deployment tooling and practices 
  • You can build out complex systems across different business verticals and technology frameworks  
  • You can chart, design, implement, manage teams, and ship multiple solutions for enterprise clients and users 
  • You have experience working directly with clients in various industries leading a highly collaborative team of the best and brightest developers  
  • You can connect existing software systems to facilitate collaboration, communication, security, and efficient administration of corporate technical infrastructure. 
  • You have mentored engineers on proper development practices, patterns, and techniques 
  • You can interact with key decision makers to deliver and drive projects (CIO, CTO, Directors, & business stakeholders)   
  • You have experience serving as a leader for the full life-cycle of projects from requirements gathering, development, all the way through to implementation & roll-out   

 

I can do that!  Any other skills that would be a bonus? 

  • You have experience designing and implementing identity management systems 
  • You have experience designing data architectures and storage solutions 
  • You have experience designing and implementing robust enterprise messaging solutions  
  • You have done IT automation for control of user operating system maintenance, intrusion detection systems, network provisioning, and routing 
  • You stay on top of the changing technology ecosystems and are passionate about continuous learning 
  • You enjoy working directly with clients to bring a project from inception through design and implementation to completion  
  • You have one or more of the following certifications: MSCA, RHCA, CISSP, AWS, or Azure  
  • You have a passion for mentoring and leading other engineers on the team  
  • You have the ability to choose platforms, tools, languages, and frameworks that are appropriate to a specific software solution
  • You want to contribute to raising the culture of modern technology development within the company 
  • You are comfortable working in fast paced environments, can wear many hats, and have a general fear of being bored  
  • You have expertise in computer architecture, computer networks, and information security 
  • You have the ability to choose platforms, tools, languages, and frameworks that are appropriate to a specific software solution 
  • You have experience with both relational & non-relational databases
  • You have experience with hybrid architectures
