AI/ML Principal Consultant – Inspire11

What you can expect in this role:  

  • Partnering with Business Development on the entire sales cycle: ideation, proposal creation and delivery, establishing Statement of Work, negotiation, and closing  
  • Managing engagement delivery content and quality assurance, perform risk assessment and lead project planning from end-to-end  
  • Managing $2-5M in revenue annually and contributing to account growth  
  • Assisting in the overall growth of practice areas through a combination of business development, ownership of delivery production and thought leadership  
  • Eliciting clear and actionable client business requirements and develop innovative, compelling solution strategies to meet those requirements  
  • Building teams and guiding consultants through all phases of delivery including: requirements gathering, solution architecture, and driving an effective development team  
  • Mentoring individuals and providing them the necessary tools to further their career  
  • Advising our teams both internally and externally on emerging technologies and how they can impact businesses  

 

Tools for success:  

  • 10+ years of consulting experience in the data analytics industry, preferably driving custom solutions with an iterative approach  
  • 4+ years partnering with Business Development and being held accountable to sales and/or revenue targets  
  • Experience driving sales pursuits within a consulting environment, with direct experience in large program and solution management  
  • Expert in data science, statistical analysis, and advanced modeling, with a strong ability to interpret complex data and deliver insights. 
  • Experience balancing multiple projects and pursuits at the same time  
  • Understanding of how to leverage data driven solutions to solve business problems  
  • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented approach  
  • Excellent communication skills (writing, presenting, collaborating, etc.)  
  • Ability to act as a thought leader by generating innovative ideas, influencing industry trends, and providing strategic insight 
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are comfortable contributing to a growing business
