Our practices focus primarily on surgical aesthetics treatments, with a secondary focus on a wide variety of non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

Summary Objective

The Director of Patient Acquisition is responsible for supporting the patient acquisition process for each practice location and service line. This includes implementing and aligning with corporate strategy and vision within the practice  This position plays a key part in the day-to-day growth of the overall business. The Director of Patient Acquisition will be a key player who is willing to support and provide continual development for the Patient Care Coordinators (“PCCs”) within the platform.  The Director of Patient Acquisition will have a keen focus on lead conversion and consult conversion associated with multiple lines of business within the practice.  This leader will display ethical leadership and act as a strong advocate for their team and patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the Vice President of Operations
  • Serve as overall Patient Acquisition leader for all practices and all service lines including surgery, hair, aesthetics, skincare, and injectables.
  • Develop PCC metrics that align with operational plans to best support practice growth
  • Collaborate with Practice Managers, HR, and VP of Operations on efficient workflow process to ensure excellent patient experience and follow-up on all leads and open quotes
  • Develop and implement a service recovery process with practice staff to address opportunities with the patient experiences
  • Develop materials for and lead Surgery sales training for the PCCs at all practice locations
  • Partner with the Marketing team for successful CRM rollout, training, and adoption by practice stakeholders
  • Partner with Hair Program Director and Hair Program Manager to develop core Hair related service lines across the platform
  • Work alongside Marketing teams to develop and market ancillary service lines as needed (e.g., hair)
  • Identify and develop processes for efficient and timely lead nurturing at all practices from front desk staff to patient care coordinators
  • Continuously mentor, train, and coach Patient Care Coordinators and front desk staff on best practices for patient experience to maximize acquisition efforts
  • Ensure all platform leads are tracked, followed up on, and appropriately managed, including weekly reviews of lead conversion in the Company’s CRM (when implemented), and in the interim, helping all practices “rundown” all open quotes to patients
  • Lead weekly meetings with Patient Care Coordinators to review performance and coach on best practices
  • Review patient acquisition data (e.g., lead sources, call recordings, reviews, patient surveys) and recommend changes / adjustments to acquisition strategy
  • Assess PCC talent, and determine training / improvement plans where needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant education
  • 5+ years of sales experience, within an aesthetics practice or healthcare group
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures, treatments, and surgeries
  • Understanding of keen sales metrics, and the ability to review data and apply changes
  • Understanding of CRM implementation and usage best practices
  • Customer service-focused approach
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Professional and positive attitude that is people-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented and has skills to support a team-based culture
  • Nextech experience a plus
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft suite of products
