About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated, target oriented and experienced enterprise sales representative. Your role is a pure hunter that owns our full-cycle GTM pipeline, managing our sales motions and all new business development. You will partner with key stakeholders at Inspiren to deliver a top-tier customer experience and expand our market reach.
What You Will Do
- Manage all parts of the sales motion from lead generation through deal closures.
- Develop new leads and potential customers.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a top-tier customer experience.
- Build trusted relationships with key executives and decision-makers.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust account strategies to meet goals.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of direct selling experience as a high performer, specifically selling into healthcare providers or healthcare SaaS.
- Ideally 1-3 years of sales management experience.
- Experience in selling directly to the C-Suite at multi-million dollar accounts.
- Experience working multiple simultaneous six-figure deals with sub 90-day sales cycles
- Consultative sales approach driving behavior change in the sales cycle.
- Experience interfacing cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Experience working in a hyper growth, early-stage company.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation
- The annual salary/OTE for this role $300k (50/50 split) + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
