What You'll Do

  • LLM Projects: Lead development, maintenance, and monitoring of LLM solutions that are critical to providing industry leading functionality for the Inspiren ecosystem.
  • Computer Vision: You will contribute to the best in class computer vision models that Inspiren has deployed across our fleet of AUGi systems.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with software developers, product managers, our customer success clinicians, and other stakeholders to define LLM system requirements and specifications per product needs.
  • Innovate and Optimize: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Introduce new methodologies and technologies to enhance performance and meet design specifications. Provide technical expertise and support in artificial intelligence and machine learning development, testing, and validation across the product lifecycle.
  • Mentor Team Members: Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.  PhD in AI / ML a plus.
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on machine learning expertise in projects at scale.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Programming Proficiency: Expertise in Python.
    • LLM Expertise: Understand how to train, finetune, and deploy LLM models.
    • Data Science / ML:  Have expertise in one or more of standard ML libraries:
      • Pytorch / Tensorflow
      • Pandas
      • Numpy
      • Matplotlib
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • Experience with healthcare datasets and HIPAA regulations

Details

  • The annual salary for this role is between $140,000-160,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision) 
  • Flexible PTO
  • Location: Remote, US
