Instabase’s go-to-market (GTM) teams own the end-to-end customer experience solving problems with Instabase - discovering the right problems, demonstrating solutions, proving value, and launching to production. 

As Regional Sales Director, you will hire, develop, and manage an industry-leading GTM team of Enterprise Sales Executives responsible for developing, managing, and closing business across the United States.You must be able to balance day-to-day tactical challenges while building long-term strategic plans to achieve healthy organizational growth. You will understand the opportunity ahead and the impact you can have on the culture, success, and expansion of Instabase for years to come.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze, develop, and implement sales strategies across key accounts to attain company strategic objectives.
  • Enable, develop, and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build a sales pipeline to meet or exceed customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Own strategic plans, the quarterly revenue forecast, territory design, and resource planning for sales of products in all stages of the lifecycle.
  • Develop team talent and pipeline by attracting, identifying, developing, rewarding, managing, and coaching.
  • Coach Enterprise Account Executives in world-class sales practices, including qualification methodologies, consultative techniques, and negotiations
  • Identify process and product improvement solutions to increase revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

About you

  • 10+ years of Account Management experience with at  least 3 years of formal sales experience building and leading high-performance Enterprise Sales teams in a software/SaaS environment.
  • Track record in closing large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 500.
  • Training in MEDDICC sales qualification or similar sales methodology.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to deliver solutions for internal operations and external customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Genuine flexibility and temperament to succeed in a high-energy, fast-growing startup.

For US-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $184000 to $205000 + bonus, equity, and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
