Our Recruiting team is at the heart of who we are and what we’re building as a company. As a Talent Sourcing & Coordination Associate, focused on both sourcing and recruiting coordination, you’ll be instrumental in building the top of our hiring funnel while also ensuring candidates have a seamless and thoughtful experience throughout the process. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, to develop strategic outreach, coordinate interviews, and keep our operations running smoothly. This is an opportunity to be a key early member of the recruiting team, helping define how we find and engage exceptional talent.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs across various departments and roles.
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing efforts: identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Instahyre and other tools.
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach messages to attract high-potential talent.
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines, including for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination, ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Keep our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and CRM tools (e.g., Gem) clean, up-to-date, and well-organized.
- Support recruiting operations by driving process improvements, reporting, and workflow enhancements.
- Stay current on hiring trends and sourcing strategies to continuously refine your approach.
- Experiment with new sourcing methods, tools, and automation strategies to drive efficiency.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-growth environments.
- Skilled at identifying and engaging talent across a range of functions and levels.
- Strong communication skills, especially in written outreach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented and energized by working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Gem, Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
