Our Recruiting team is at the heart of who we are and what we’re building as a company. We are looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves, all-round recruiter who craves a high degree of autonomy and prefers the freedom to build and manage processes. We are looking for a doer at all costs—someone who sees a challenge and moves to solve it.

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in driving recruiting strategy and execution. You will be responsible for hiring top talent across a range of Technical, GTM (Go-To-Market), and G&A (General & Administrative) roles. You’ll not only independently own pipelines and candidate experience, but also influence the overall recruiting process and approach from the ground up.

What you’ll do

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Partner with hiring managers across Technical, GTM, and G&A teams to manage the full-cycle recruiting process from end-to-end.
  • Strategy & Execution: Define and execute talent acquisition strategies across a broad spectrum of roles, identifying and attracting world-class talent.
  • Process Building & Problem Solving: Take the lead in building, managing, and refining recruiting workflows. You will be expected to independently bridge gaps as you find them rather than just identifying them.
  • Pipeline Analytics: Analyze performance and processes to improve top-of-funnel activity, pipeline efficiency, funnel conversion, and offer accept rates.
  • Innovation: Introduce novel approaches to recruiting that up-level the recruiting team and the organization as a whole.

About you

  • A “Doer” at All Costs: You are execution-oriented with a bias toward action. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and prefer to solve problems independently rather than complaining about them.
  • Versatile Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong foundation in technical hiring and proven success in GTM and/or G&A recruiting.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves Mentality: You enjoy the “hunt” and have strong sourcing skills with the ability to build a top-of-funnel independently.
  • Autonomous & Proactive: You thrive when given the freedom to manage your own work and are passionate about building processes where they don’t yet exist.
  • Adaptable: You are comfortable working on a variety of different technical and non-technical roles simultaneously.
  • Trusted Partner: You are an equally strong partner to both hiring managers and candidates, providing a high-touch experience for both.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $190,000 + bonus, equity, and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
