About InstaLILY

InstaLILY is building AI teammates for B2B workflows. We help companies deploy AI agents that automate high-value work across sales, service, and operations. We are building for a future where AI does real work inside complex businesses, and we are looking for sharp, ambitious people who want to help shape that future.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership, full-scope product role. You will operate at both ends of the product stack, the platform layer that powers how InstaLILY scales, and the engagement layer that determines whether users show up, stay, and build lasting habits with the product. You will be hands-on on internal and external-facing tools, own end-to-end workstreams, and work directly with engineering, analytics, and company leadership. This is a front-row seat to how an AI company is built and a chance to shape it.

What You'll Do

Platform & Tooling

  • Identify and prioritize platform improvements that make our product faster to deploy and more scalable
  • Build and improve product surfaces that directly impact client onboarding speed and long-term retention
  • Work with engineering to surface usage signals and drive data-informed decisions
  • Take initiative to reduce operational complexity

Engagement & Habit Formation

  • Execute on the design and delivery of our user engagement system with high autonomy
  • Build habitual engagement loops that keep users coming back and building muscle memory with the product
  • Work directly with engineers to ship fast, validate, and iterate without waiting to be told what to do next

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate or candidate with 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • A strong portfolio of things built and shipped regardless of background
  • Strong ownership instinct and technical fluency
  • Comfort operating at multiple altitudes and sharp product instincts
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong business judgment and genuine interest in AI, startups, and enterprise software
  • Scrappy and resourceful

What You'll Get

  • Direct exposure to building an AI company at a pivotal stage of growth
  • Close mentorship from experienced operators, founders, and leaders in AI
  • Meaningful ownership from day one
  • The opportunity to grow into a senior role as the team scales

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Equity: Stock options awards, and refreshers for top performers

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, in-office Lunch reimbursement, Wellbeing Stipend, Generous Parental leave, PTO and 10 US Federal Holidays, and more!

Join InstaLILY and build autonomous agents that matter. If you want a role where you own real surfaces of an AI platform, where your code ships into real enterprise systems, and where you're in the room with the customers using them, we want to hear from you.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
