Talent Acquisition Lead

New York, New York, United States, San Francisco, California, United States

About Instalily

Instalily is building a new kind of enterprise software company—one where AI doesn’t sit on top of workflows, it becomes the worker that drives them. We create AI Teammates called InstaWorkers™ that operate inside ERPs, CRMs, and custom systems to handle the work that slows companies down: quoting, parts identification, account management, order operations, service coordination, and the thousands of judgment-heavy tasks that keep the physical-goods economy moving.

We are an AI-native organization designed for speed, clarity, and precision. Our engineering, product, and GTM teams work with low latency and extremely high talent density. Backed by Insight Partners, we are one of the fastest-growing AI startups in the country.

We’re driven by three core principles—Customers, Culture, and Code—what we call The Three C's. These values shape everything we do, from the solutions we build to the way we collaborate as a team.

Position Summary

This role is critical to fueling our rapid growth and bringing top engineering, product, sales, and operations talent into an AI-native organization moving at high velocity. • Hiring Process Management:
    • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and decision-making across all hiring stakeholders; ensure fast and responsive communication with candidates.
    • Lead offer negotiations, present offer packages, and facilitate smooth transitions from offer acceptance through onboarding.
    • Maintain and optimize the recruiting workflow in HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Collaboration & Relationship Management:
    • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers across the organization; understand role requirements, team cultures, and ideal candidate profiles.
    • Proactively consult with leadership on talent market conditions, competitive compensation, and strategic hiring priorities.
    • Work closely with the Head of People on recruiting roadmap, metrics, and scaling the TA function as the company grows.
    • Participate in employer branding initiatives and company events to attract and engage top talent.
  • Metrics & Analytics:
    • Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline velocity, offer acceptance rate, and quality-of-hire.
    • Use data to identify hiring bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
    • Forecast hiring needs and capacity planning in partnership with leadership.
    • Use AI to help improve processes and gain efficiencies in recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent requisitions (15+) and delivering high-quality candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with recruiting platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools (Greenhouse).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruiting metrics and optimize processes.
  • Ability to work on a hybrid 4 days in office, 1 remote, in our New York City office location.
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, product, and sales roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (JustWorks, Workday, or similar) and Greenhouse preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience
  • Equity: Generous stock options awards and refreshers for top performers
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, in-office Lunch reimbursement, well-being stipend, generous parental leave, PTO and 10 US Federal Holidays, and more!

Quality Over Quantity

To ensure a focused, high-quality hiring experience, we kindly ask candidates to limit their applications to 3 open requisitions at any given time. Applying strategically to roles that best align with your skills and career goals gives you the highest chance of standing out. Have you interviewed with us in the past 12 months? We encourage you to reach out directly to your previous interviewer rather than submitting a new application.

Instalily is committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please let us know, and we will work with you to meet your needs.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
